Meet Leyla: The Heart Behind Homemakr
Leyla Rezakhani is a licensed General Contractor and Realtor who brings a fresh perspective to the design and construction industry. Combining her background in tech and over a decade of experience solving complex challenges for Fortune 500 companies, she merges innovation, creativity, and precision in every project she leads.
Her passion for transforming spaces began with the renovation of her own home in San Francisco—a hands-on experience that inspired her to launch Homemakr. Today, Leyla leads her design-build firm with a commitment to a design-first approach, in-house expertise, and clear communication to deliver exceptional results.
Dedicated to making a broader impact, Leyla supports housing initiatives, promotes workplace diversity, and serves on local real estate boards.
Her goal is simple: to create homes that are as beautiful as they are functional, while ensuring an experience that’s seamless, transparent, and enjoyable.

With over a decade of experience in construction—including electrical work, framing, and painting—Franklin has worked on both residential and commercial projects across the Bay Area.
As Chief Operations Officer, he oversees logistics, operations, and construction crews, ensuring that every project is executed with efficiency, precision, and attention to detail.
Known for his firm but fair leadership, Franklin holds the team accountable while fostering an environment built on craftsmanship and continuous growth. He has a deep understanding of the challenges that come with every stage of a project and takes a hands-on approach to problem-solving, ensuring that every detail is handled seamlessly.
